Sam Brown blamed Nevada’s housing crisis on the very programs that help expand and build neighborhoods to make it easier for a family to rent or own a home.
He even said the Federal Reserve needs to raise interest rates, which would only drive up rent and housing costs.
You know who he didn’t mention? The real estate investors that are buying up entire neighborhoods across our state and jacking up prices.
It’s the same industry that has poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into his campaign.
Coincidence? Not likely.
